This etsy artist makes necklaces and jewelry out of broken plates. We think you’ll find this one especially interesting:

Very cool, and most definitely vintage. You can tell because of the lowercase script and how it’s all strung together. The smaller circle there is from a lemongrass Fiesta piece and you can recognize the trademark rings.
She’s asking $125 for this piece, which is probably fair. She had to trash a vintage piece of Fiestaware after all. Or maybe she dropped it and just turned it into something beautiful instead of tossing it in the trash. We don’t know, but we do encourage you to check out the rest of her stuff at TheBrokenPlate on etsy.
Fiesta Sea Mist Green was first created in 1989 and was discontinued in 2005. Because of its recent discontinuation, there are still some Fiesta Sea Mist Green pieces for sale on Amazon.com. Usually, you won’t find rare and collectible Fiesta listed with big retailers – but today’s our lucky day.
